MOST IMPORTANT STOCK CHART PATTERNS – Hello everyone! Sorry for my absence yesterday. I was at an all-day seminar around here which clearly took me away from the markets for the day. I was glad to see when I got back that everything we south quickly! And it didn’t hurt that the portfolio has a BIG GREEN day!
Now, onto the chart below of the Russell (RUT). For me, it’s the most important chart pattern right now in the markets – period. As you can see in the BLUE areas, the market is moving very cleanly between the Fibonacci retracement areas. More importantly, this last rally created a double top and failed to hold higher support. Case in point – this trend is OVER. Now you have the natural retracement back up and the eventual fall will come (RED area).
